How do I log in to my SunStrong account?

Why is SunStrong billing me instead of SunPower or Sunnova?
Both companies went bankrupt. SunStrong took over SunPower’s leases, and it now runs former Sunnova accounts for their new owner. Your contract still applies, so keep paying on time. Check that each bill matches your account before you pay. If a bill looks wrong, ask in writing.
Does SunStrong fix SunPower systems?
Only leased ones. SunStrong says it doesn’t fix SunPower systems that owners bought with cash or a loan. Those owners should call a licensed local installer. They should also check if the panel and inverter makers still cover their own parts.
Is SunStrong part of SunPower?
No. SunStrong began as a team-up between the old SunPower and an investment firm. Today it runs on its own. The company now called SunPower is a different business that bought the name in 2024 but not the old leases.
Did SunStrong take over Sunnova?
Not exactly. A buyer group called Solaris bought most of Sunnova in 2025. Solaris put SunStrong in charge of running Sunnova’s customer accounts. So SunStrong handles your service and billing, while Solaris owns the business. Your contract terms stay the same.
Does SunStrong manage PosiGen accounts?
Some of them. SunStrong says it now manages a portion of former PosiGen customers and systems. Other PosiGen accounts went to different companies. Check your latest bill to see who services your system, and see our PosiGen guide for more.

Is SunStrong going out of business?
There’s no sign of that. SunStrong says it closed a $254 million deal in 2025 and a $900 million deal backed by more than 64,000 home solar systems. That isn’t a promise of good service. But it shows investors are still putting money behind it.
