The Day Company connects homeowners with independent solar providers and uses advertising tools, which can involve selling or sharing personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you are a California or Colorado resident, use the form below to opt out. No account is required.
Who may submit this request: This opt-out right is currently provided by law to residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and Colorado (CPA). If you reside in a state that does not provide this right — including Illinois — we are not required to process your request, and it will not be honored at this time. The state of residence you provide in the form determines eligibility.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf under both the CCPA/CPRA and the CPA. We process opt-out requests within 15 business days, and we won’t ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.
