Lumio went bankrupt. What can Lumio customers do now?

Be realistic. In most solar bankruptcies, customers are paid last, if at all. A claim protects your rights, but it may pay little.

How do I get my Lumio system fixed safely?

Choose a licensed installer that’s been around for years, and watch for these warning signs.

Is my Lumio warranty still good?

It depends on which one. Part warranties come from the makers, so they often still count. Lumio’s own install warranty is at risk. Save every repair quote and receipt in case you need them for a claim. Save your contract and serial numbers for any claim.
