Your property is pre-qualified but your dispatch is currently pending. Please complete the requirements below to authorize the Field Engineer's arrival.
⚠️ STEP 1: ANSWER THE VERIFICATION CALL
Within the next 24 hours, our Dispatch Coordinator will call to verify your property and electrical panel accessibility. You must answer this call.
*Failure to complete phone verification will result in immediate cancellation of your dispatch qualification.
Preparation Checklist:
2. Reply with Utility & Roof Data: An automated summary will be sent to your inbox. To accurately calibrate your offset calculation before our arrival, please reply directly to that email with:
• A clear photo or PDF of the usage graph on your latest electric bill.
• A brief description of your roof type (e.g., Asphalt Shingle, Flat, Metal).
3. The On-Site Assessment: At your scheduled time, your Designated Field Engineer will arrive. They will conduct a brief visual inspection of your meter structure and present the custom offset report.
4. Site Authorization Protocol: Because this visit involves grid-tied electrical planning, all homeowners on the property deed must be physically present for the 15-minute structural assessment. Our engineer cannot legally authorize or leave the site plan if a decision-maker is absent.
Site Qualification Criteria
Please note: Not all properties in the Illinois perimeter will pass the initial site assessment. The Field Engineer will be evaluating:
1. Structural Variables
The physical orientation of your roof, pitch angles, and localized shading from trees or adjacent structures dictate your property's tier-1 offset eligibility.
2. Consumption Thresholds
The offset mechanism is mathematically designed for specific historical usage profiles. The engineer will review your utility data to ensure you meet the required baseline.
